Why a local anchor
France runs on relationships, permits and terrain you can't scout from abroad.
Filming in France means navigating mairie permits, regional film commissions, union rates and a crew market that moves on référencement, not cold calls. Ancrage exists so a foreign production office never has to learn that system from scratch – we’ve been building it, department by department, for ten years.
